A Child ID app for iPhone® and Android

Did you know that one in six missing children is located as a result of recognition from a photograph? Therefore, it is important that parents have current photos readily available to provide to police in the event their child is lost or goes missing. Today’s technology has allowed us to enhance the traditional child ID program. By utilizing the MissingKids.ca FindMe ID app on your mobile device, you can keep up-to date information on your child, including vital information and a current photo at your fingertips. It is very easy to use, quick to update,and absolutely free.

The FINDMEID app will:

• Allow parents to update the picture of their child at any time

• Have fields for parents to record their child’s vital information

• Prompt parents to update the information regularly

• Provide checklists and tip sheets for parents to keep their kids safe in different environments

• Allow parents to quickly email the most critical information and current photo to law enforcement or another entity should their child be lost or missing

• Provide step-by-step information to parents on what they should do if their child is lost or missing
